Now in itstwenty-fourth year, Rumi’s Caravan is a 100-percent, volunteer-run group ofpoets and community leaders who believe in the power of poetry to enlighten thehuman condition. All proceeds for the event go directly to local children.The YEPF Foundation provides food bags to children identified as having a highneed by their local school over the weekend, we provide socks and shoes in thespring, coats in the winter, provide sponsorships for extra-curricular costs,etc.
